From July 8 to July 12,Professor Nancy R. Reynolds, the Associate Dean of global affairs at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing was invited to deliver a course entitled "Global Health: A changing landscape". It attracted 132 students from 87 top-tier universities in 15 countries and regions.
The course composed of 14 parts, including health equity, global mental health challenges, child health, healthcare workforce and other topics. Prof.Nancy guided participants to do critical analysis through lectures, case studies and polling.

Professor Vinciya Pandian discussed emerging trends in digital health innovation and artificial intelligence technologies; Professor Jason Farley discussed prevention and control of infectious disease epidemiology; Associate Professor Cecília Tomori delved into environmental health, climate change, pollution and its impact on health; Associate Professor Yvonne Commodore-Mensah spoke about health workforce relocation; Assistant Professor Tamar Rodney explored global mental health, the burden, risk factors, and coping strategies for aging populations and non-communicable diseases.
On July 12, participants worked in groups to exchange insights about the current state of health, health systems and policies, challenges and barriers in Nigeria, Nepal, Nicaragua, Kenya, the Philippines, Guatemala, India, and Vietnam.
