2. Biography
Engaged in pediatric clinical nursing, nursing education and nursing management for more than 30 years, and undertook multi-level theoretical teaching tasks including undergraduate and graduate students in pediatric nursing. Has been rated as an excellent teacher multiple times. Successfully held multiple national and Hubei Province continuing education projects. Hosted 2 projects funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, 4 projects funded by the Innovation Fund of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and multiple institute level projects; Editor in chief of 6 nursing monographs and co editor of 14 nursing monographs; Published over thirty papers in domestic academic journals; Applied for one scientific and technological achievement and won the third prize for nursing technology progress in Hubei Province; Applied for three patents.
