2. Biography
Host nine research projects including Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province, National Institute of Hospital Administration and projects of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Participated in three projects of National Nature Science Foundation of China . Received five national utility model patents, and three copyright of computer software. Published more than forty academic papers, including two SCI paper. Take charge of All-English teacher of School of Nursing of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
3. Education & Training
Since 1997, CHEN has been engaged in operating room nursing for 26 years. In 2006, I participated in the national "The first Operating Room Nurse Specialist Training Class" and passed the examination. Then she went to Hong Kong for the "Operating Room Clinical Nursing Technical Teacher training class" and became one of the first operating room nurse specialists in China to obtain the qualification of operating room nurse specialist. From October 2011 to January 2012, she went to METHODIST Hospital in Texas, USA for a three-month clinical refresher training in operating room.

Awarded the "Excellent Paper Award" of the National Operating Room Nursing Academic Conference of the Chinese Nursing Association; Wuhan Excellent Nursing Manager title; Wuhan Science and Technology Progress third prize; "Third Prize" of Teaching Competition for Young Teachers of Huazhong University of Science and Technology; "Second Prize" of Teaching Competition for Young Teachers of Nursing Department of Tongji Hospital; Tongji Hospital "Outstanding Party Member".
