2. Biography
Member of the Communist Party of China (CPC), chief nurse, master of Management, postgraduate tutor of nursing. She is currently the head nurse of Infectious Diseases Department of Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Head of hospital Complaint management Center.Member of the Expert Database of Infectious Diseases Professional Committee of the 28th Council of the Chinese Nursing Association; Vice Chairman of the Infectious Disease Committee of Hubei Nursing Society; Standing member of Nursing Psychology Professional Committee of Hubei Psychological Society; National second-level psychological consultant; Health Manager I.
Has worked in clinical nursing, nursing education and nursing management for nearly 31 years. Research interests are infectious disease nursing, nursing management and psychological nursing. Presided over 8 funds of Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Hubei Provincial Health Commission, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Union Hospital, and participated in 4; Has published more than 30 academic papers, associate editor and editor of 9 monographs. 2 utility model patents.
