Engaged in clinical nursing work for 38years, Worked at TENG TOCK SENG Hospital in Singapore from June 1995 to May 1997;Serving as head nurse for 4 years and chief head nurse for 16 years.Teaching courses to junior college students, undergraduate students, postgraduate students in Nursing. Obtained students and peer praise many times.Presided over 2 scientific research projects of Hubei Provincial Natural Science Fund, 1 project from Association of research hospitals and other 4 projects,published 67 papers both as first and corresponding authors. Editor of 3 books in OR Nursing and management. Participated in the writing of 10 relevant professional books and 4 OR Nursing guidelines. Winning some awards such as outstanding nursing manager of Hubei Province, outstanding party member of TongJi Hospital and the hospital outstanding commitment award.
