2. Biography:
She is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and also an associate chief nurse and teacher at Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She is currently the cheif nurse of the Department of Pediatrics, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and is also a supervisor for master of nursing students and a nursing teacher at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). She has been engaged in pediatric nursing-related research, education and management for 37 years, with her main research interests in pediatric nursing, pediatric acute & critical care and management, Family Integrated Care, and pediatric rehabilitation care.

She is the leader of Hubei Province pathophysiological nursing group, a member of the Pediatric Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association, a member of the 15th Council of the Wuhan Nursing Association, a deputy chairman of the Wuhan Pediatric Nursing Professional Committee, a standing director of the Professional Committee of Eugenics and Eugenics of the World Federation of China, a member of the Pediatric Nursing Union of the National Medical Center, a deputy leader of the pediatric Rehabilitation Group of the National Medical Center Nursing Union, a member of the Pediatric Rehabilitation Group of the Chinese Rehabilitation Society, and a member of the Neonatal Group of the Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association.

She won the third prize of the thesis of Hubei Physicians Association and was awarded the title of Excellent Nursing Model of Wuhan, Excellent Communist in Tongji Hospital, Excellent Worker and Excellent Head Nurse of Tongji Hospital, the title of Nightingale of Tongji Hospital, and the Medal of Merit of Tongji Hospital in the Fight against COVID-19.
