2.Biography
Female, Han nationality, PhD, postgraduate supervisor. She has been engaged in nursing for 40 years, and has served as the head clinical nurse, deputy dean of the School of Nursing of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and she is also the chairman of the general branch of the Tongji Medical College of China National Democratic Construction Association, and deputy director of the Medical and Health Care and Greater Health Committee of the China National Democratic Construction Association Hubei Provincial Committee. Presided the national first-class undergraduate course/ Hubei first-class undergraduate course "Nursing Research".
She is the editor-in-chief of 12 books and teaching materials including one vocational planning textbook for the 12th Five-Year Plan，and the associate editor-in-chief of two text books for the 13th and 14th Five-Year Plan of the National Health Commission and the National General Higher Eduation . She has published more than 120 academic papers with first/corresponding authorship.
She presided/participated in achievements that won the second and third prizes of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress, Hubei Development Research Award, third/second prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Information Achievement, second prize of Hubei Nursing Society Nursing Science and Technology Award, China Hospital Association Hospital Science and Technology Innovation Award, China Research Hospital Society Innovation Achievement Award, etc. She has presided more than 20 research projects and 7 patents including 1 invention patent. She is a member of the editorial board of various journals, editor-in-chief of International Nursing and Health Care, and a reviewer for BMJ, J Adv Nurs.
