2. Biography
She has engaged in clinical nursing, nursing management, nursing teaching and nursing research for more than 30 years, presided over 1 general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 sub-project of the National Key Research and Development Program, 1 project of Chinese Nursing Association, 1 special project of emergency scientific and technological research on the novel coronavirus pneumonia of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China, and 2 general projects of the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, with a total research funding of more than 1.1 million RMB Yuan. She has published more than 100 papers, more than 10 SCI papers, and 8 monographs and won the Gold Award of the "Asian Hospital Management Award (China Award)", the second prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Nursing Association, the third prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Nursing Association, the Excellence Award of the "Nursing Management Innovation Award" of the Chinese Nursing Management, and the Science and Technology Award of the Hubei Provincial Nursing Association, the first prize and the second prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Hubei Provincial Nursing Association, and won the title of "Outstanding Nursing Worker" by the Chinese Nursing Association.
