Rich experience in clinical nursing, clinical teaching and management. Responsible for undergraduate and graduate students in the school of nursing classroom and clinical teaching. 2 times for the national master of nursing entrance examination compiled comprehensive nursing papers. She has been awarded as "outstanding teacher", "advanced worker in educational administration" and "active person in education" for many times, and won the "first prize of excellent teaching" and "outstanding contribution award". Editor of more than 20 books, published more than 50 nursing papers, presided over 2 natural science funds of hubei province, 4 educational reform funds and 4 innovation funds of huazhong university of science and technology, presided over and participated in more than 10 other funds. She has won the first prize for teaching achievements in hubei province, the second prize for scientific and technological progress in hubei province, the second and third prize for science and technology of the Chinese nursing association, and the excellent teaching paper award at the municipal and university level for many times. National continuing medical education projects are held every year. |
